Shipping & Returns

Return:
1. Returned items must be in new condition.
We will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied..
2. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.
Call Customer Service for a defective item return authorization code. We will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping Charges:
If the item(s) purchased is not eligible for free shipping & free returns, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact customer service.

Items Returned for Exchange:
If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.

Exchange
1.We accept the exchange if the items are not good for you ,but you need to contact us in 14 days. And the item should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition.
2. The shipping charges for international exchanges are to be paid by customer (Unless the fault was caused by us or we deliver a wrong order).
3.All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
